




How do I cancel a recurring order?
This guide will walk you through the steps of canceling your recurring order.

Step 1: Go to "Activity & Orders"
On the River homepage, select “Activity & Orders” on the left side of your screen. If using the mobile app, you will need to tap on "Activity" at the bottom of your screen.

Step 2: Select order
After selecting "Activity & Orders," you will be able to view all of your active recurring orders. Click on the recurring order that you wish to cancel.

Step 3: Cancel order
Click "Cancel order" in the red text at the bottom of the menu.

Step 4: Confirm cancellation
Confirm that you would like to cancel your recurring order.

Step 5: Recurring order cancelled
Your recurring order has successfully been cancelled.
