How do I edit a recurring order?
You are able to edit your recurring buy amount or payment method.
If you instead wish to change a recurring buy's frequency or execution time, you will need to create a new recurring order. Additionally, you can view or cancel existing recurring orders by going to the "Activity & Orders" page or your "Account" tab if you're using our mobile app.
This guide will walk you through the steps to edit your recurring order.
Step 1: Go to your “Activity & Orders” page
Find your recurring order by navigating to your “Activity & Orders” tab.
Step 2: Select recurring order
At the top of your screen, you will see your active recurring orders. Click on the order that you wish to edit.
Step 3: Hit "Edit order"
Here, you can view the current details of your recurring order. Click on "Edit order" if you would like to make any changes.
Step 4: Update details
Make changes to your recurring order amount, payment method, or both.
Step 5: Review changes
Review what’s changing, what happens next, and confirm your changes.
Step 6: Confirm changes
Click "Confirm changes" when you are satisfied with your selections.
Step 7: Recurring order updated
Your recurring order has successfully been updated and you should see those changes reflected on your "Activity & Orders" page.
