How do I freeze my account?

At River, your security is our top priority.   • Unrecognized account activity, such as password changes, login activity, or change confirmation emails

  • Unexpected text messages containing two-factor authentication (2FA) codes

  • Unsolicited texts, emails, or phone calls asking for your River login credentials or other personal information

If you suspect someone may have gained unauthorized access to your account, or if you notice any of the red flags above, contact River Client Services immediately. Our team will work with you to freeze your account to prevent further activity, investigate the incident, and guide you through any next steps.
